Terms of Service

ToolsTopus provides free, browser-based utility tools (image, video, PDF, audio, developer, security, text, finance, math, design, and social tools) that run client-side in your web browser. No account or payment is required to use them.

The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any tool's output (a calculation, a conversion, a generated file) is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. For anything important — financial, medical, legal, or safety-related decisions — verify results independently before relying on them.

Some tools (for example the Password Entropy Simulator, the Bcrypt tool, or the Mock JWT Generator) are explicitly educational/simulation tools and are labeled as such in the tool itself; they are not a substitute for production-grade security infrastructure.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to process content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to process
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or the third-party services it relies on (Google AdSense, the CDN-hosted processing engines described in our Privacy Policy)
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or republish the Site's tools as your own without permission
• Use automated means to generate excessive load against the Site

Because tools run locally in your browser, we never receive, store, or have any ability to view the files or text you process with them. You retain full ownership of, and responsibility for, anything you create or process using the Site's tools.

The Site's design, code, and branding belong to their respective owner(s) and are not licensed to you beyond what's needed to use the Site normally in your browser. Output you generate using a tool (a resized image, generated CSS, a calculated number) is yours to use freely.

If enabled for deployment, Google Analytics 4 loads only after analytics consent to measure page and tool usage. Advertising is currently disabled. If Google AdSense is enabled after approval, it loads only when the required configuration and advertising consent are present. A small number of tools fetch a processing engine from a third-party CDN when you first run them. These third parties operate under terms and privacy policies we do not control; see our Privacy Policy for details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolsTopus and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any tool on it.

We may update these Terms or the Site's features at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the law determined under the applicable conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions and other non-waivable rights remain unaffected.
